Can not log in to Excel add in -IFS Cloud 24R2SU2

Hi,

Some user have problem to log in to Excel add in. It used to work but they started to get problem. When they click on Login, (Se the picture below) then it supposed to open up the web window to go to IFS Cloud log in start page but nothing happend. We have tried to clean the cashe and unistall/deleate but no help. Maby problem with pop up windows problem? Does someone could advise us what we can do more?

Hi Asadan,

Yes, we experienced with the same issue and that was noted as a compatibility issue with Microsoft office update 2507.

Hi Asadan,

 

        From looking at the ribbon it appears you have multiple IFS add-in version installed alongside each other. Could you remove all of them and then reinstall the latest version? Usually multiples of the same add-ins can conflict in Excel.
