Hi all,After executing of any Quick Report in Aurena I got the following error.The list: QuickReportInnerList does not exist in dictionary! Refreshing all server caches doesn`t help. I hope someone can help.BGEric

When we use the option to run a ‘customer statement of account’ to run monthly statements the IFS standard layout is used. Is there any way to make sure the alternate layout we designed from crystal is picked up rather than the IFS standard. Perhaps I can set this as a report rule? - am not quite understanding the logic I need to enter in the ‘actions’ ordinal to pick up the email from the customer comm method OR payment customer contact field.   Help appreciated!    

On a custom LU, I’d like to create a read-only reference field to expose MY_CLT.ROWVERSION in the client presentation. Expressions or SQL statements against t.rowversion or v.objversion don’t appear to work. Is there a way to show this field to the users, short of creating another persistent field?(My preference would be a solution that exposes the field without intermediate functions so the database can honor an index on it.)

Hello, I have created an object connection on my Inventory Part screen for Change Request. I am able to see it with full IFS permissions, however, my users cannot see the CR attachment object. I’ve granted Permission Set access to Change Management, and those users can navigate and use the features. The issue is only impacting the connected object. I believe there is some level of access I’m missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Full Access: User’s View:

Hello, I am attempting to disable Find and Replace in IFS for certain users to prevent accidental bulk changes. I have run debug console, but that hasn’t pointed to any direct items I can disable on a given Permission Set to prevent access. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,I want to learn how to “Extract Data” processes works.For example when i try peg to part lines from “Available Source Lines” to “Part Lines” at “Incoming Dispatch Advice” screen, i see two different ways for extract data on debug.The first one from i_hWndFrame.tbwDispatchAdviceAvailableSourceLines.colsSourceRef1etc (source by receipt_info i think). The second one from i_hWndParent.frmIncomingDispatchAdvice.dfnMessageId etc (source by ext_dispatch_advice i think).In this case i have no message_id and delnote_no parameters at RECEIPT_INFO_ALT view but those are requirement for parameters of the peg procedure. So need to extract that parameters from the screen, how can i do that?You can check the pictures. Hello,On IFS V10.8;I found an useless situation on CRM. When i trying to create a customer from lead, customer created successfully but the lead is deleted with atteched documents somehow.When i analyze the BUSINESS_LEAD_API, i found  procedures as TRANSFER_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS and REMOVE_LEAD but the transfer docs procedure is not work for me.Can u explain, why the leads are deleted when we try to convert to customer? Why the system working like this really i wonder.The other important question is, how can I find my valuable documents that I add to leads in the system?Best regards.

Hello everyone, How can I give permission for this window?  I’m using IFS9 

All of our prices are in CAD since we are Canadian company. If we have to bill a customer who’s bill to is listed as USD, then the pricing rules will not take effect due to the pricing rules listing only CAD. If we put the converted rate as USD, that will quickly go out of date with how quickly rates change.My question is: Does FSM have a way to convert it based on current exchange rate? or must it be set by whichever price is in the pricing rule?

Often times in our industry, we will need to requote an existing product to our customer. The Bid Estimate module does allow us to pull in the existing Inventory Part, which is great. However, I have noticed that if you do that, you cannot modify the Std Lot Size on the part. I’ve attempted to create a new Version and Revision, but I am still unable to change this. Often times we will change the Std Lot Size to give several cost options. Is there a way to accomplish this in IFS?    

Hi,In Quick Report, I have to get data FromDate to ToDate using a DateTime columnI used this:WHERE o.REAL_FINISHED BETWEEN TO_DATE('&From_dd/mm/yyyy','dd/mm/yyyy') AND TO_DATE('&To_dd/mm/yyyy','dd/mm/yyyy') I’m getting when we go to view report  It works fine When I export data I’m getting this error:  Excel Plugin Error: Undefined bind variable 'from_dd' in Excel fileAny idea how to sort this issue?

On FSM Mobile there is the “Stock Count” option on the menu.when opening it, it is a blank screen that will display a stock countwe know that the stock count is created and set up on the FSM Desktop client. What requirements are needed for the stock count to show up on that users mobile device?Once it shows up will they be able to perform the stock on their mobile device?

Is there an option to export/import to migrate between many environments?Somebody that works with me told me that I need to replicate manually all my changes in each environment. HiI have created 3 new custom numeric fields, 2 will be manual entries and the 3rd I would like to add the numbers from the first 2 fields. Is this possible in Apps 8?If so does this need to be done via a custom event? Would be much appreciated if it is possible for some to send a screen shot of how. Below is a screen shot of the fields I am referring to, and the one circled is the field I want the calculation to appear.
