Is there a way to mark in the customer order line the parts that get sold to a specific service object? There is the Superior SM Object ID which triggers the creation of a Service Object and creation of the Object Hierarchy, however so far I could not get non-serial parts to simply appear underneath the object selected in the section: Service Object → Service Information → Parts Used

This would really make sense to have it there as well, as not all parts are always being sold through a Request. Some are being sold through a Customer Order

Cheers

Hi,

It is only possible to create the service object for serialized parts from the customer order.

For non-serialized parts you could, as you say, do this from the request side - also by utilizing the material codes.
