How does the supersede option work in IFS? What is the function? How does it work, PO?
Can somebody provide me scenarios for what and when to utilize it?
Provide a screenshot; It will be great.

Hi @ZTC ZTC JGOTA

supersede function is used in PO Authorization where you can set an authorization rule with users who can authorize a PO. The objective of supersede option is if the person who is responsible for authorization is not available another person can process (RMB>Supersede)the PO without authorization.
