is there a specific manual or more info on how to use and setup One Time Customer - this will be used for small orders, where only 1 transaction is expected.
Do we need to setup one generic Customer Account and edit for each order ?

If you mean to ask whether one-time customer records are meant to be modified from a template, I think that’s possible as we would normally create customer / supplier records in IFS. However one time customer records are for resuse a limited no of times, as I understand, so I don’t think it’s possible to keep modifying the same customer record over and over for different one time customers.
Did you look at F1 documentation regarding one time customer? I thought it’s described there completely.
