Undo Direct Delivery Receipt

I have IFS 10, and found Undo Customer Order Delivery, but I don’t understand RMB comment.  I right-clicked in box, and no such option is available.  There is a Cancelled Delivery Box, but I cannot select that.  Is this a permissions issue?

Hi @emilyk8r - sorry for the late response. I had unfollowed this thread accidently. 

 

Please go to ‘properties’ RMB on your screenshot and check if the following has been unticked. If yes, please tick it and check again?

Hi @emilyk8r 

 

I believe you’re referring to the below.

 

So if you RMB on the 2nd line and select ‘undo line delivery’ that line only (and only if its not been invoiced) will get cancelled and thereby ‘Cancelled Delivery’ will be ticked automatically. As far as I know, you cannot tick it manually. 

If it’s an invoiced delivery line or even a CO line with PO / MR connection, you will get the error message with the connection info.

 When I RMB, I do not get an option to do anything to the line itself.  is this a permissions issue?
