Hi,

We are starting the journey to IFS Cloud and as part of the potential enhancements it has been suggested that we use Customerville. I am sure IFS will provide a ‘sale pitch’ - but I’m wanting to see if anyone is using it and what their experience with it are.

 

I’ve not seen many posts in the community about it - so that has me a little worried.

The question for me is really one like this:

Do you have a survey tool now that is working for you or are you looking to implement a survey tool as part of going to Cloud?

If you need one or are looking for a change, then it is worth exploring if it can be integrated to your ERP solution.  If you don’t need one or have a separate working system, then it just makes your Cloud project larger and more expensive unnecessarily.

Where is a survey tool in your scope?


Thanks - that is good food for thought. I think I know which way they will go - but not for IT to say what is of benefit to them!
