Hi - Does anyone know what the difference is between a Gold and Silver Channer support partner.
We are looking at starting a relationship and want to know if there is a material difference before we jump into bed.

It is really about how much access they’ve paid for with IFS and what level of support they get for issues. More so than their capability.
I personally don’t place as much value on the tier or moniker as I do on the ability to interact, listen and collaborate with what we actually want out of the relationship. We interview the partners harder than we do employees.
