Write-off code not working

Dear all,

I'm facing an issue with Write-off in a customer offset using APPS9.

I've defined

The following write-off codes.

Defined the posting control for pp16 and pp17

Details PP16:

Details PP17:

When i want to do a write-off in customer offset:

And select a value from the LOV

No values are availible.

How can this happen?
