The returnable checkbox under the Use Material page in Astea Mobile is disabled, any idea how to fix this?

Can you check if the “Enable the Returnable” checkbox is ticked in the Prompts (Service) Module in the Alliance Application.

Thanks, that solved the issue. It was disabled in the back office.
