Looking to add an approval workflow or routing to an MRB case. Not sure if that would include using a checklist or not but goal is to provide approvals and additional reviews depending on the specific disposition for excess.

Hi
You’ll need to make sure on the Object Connections screen for the logical unit MRBHead you have added the ApprovalRouting to the service list.
After that is added within the MRB you can add approval routings to the MRB Case by clicking on the Attachments and adding approval routings.
