Can anyone explain how Apps9 calculates the next count date? I’ve an example below that I can not fathom out how it has calculated it. Receipt Date is 27/10/2021, Last Activity Date is 11/01/2022 and Next Count Date is 31/03/2023 - the cycle interval is set at 360 (our aim is counted once a year).

The cycle interval will be in working days, so 5 day weeks.

360 / 5 = 72 weeks

Part Location combination was created on Oct 27 2021, so the calculation will be 72 weeks (roughly as there is some rounding) from that date which is close to end of March 2023.  The difference is exactly 74 weeks and 2 days, but the week you start and the week to count don’t factor in for whatever reason.

Cycle interval of 120 will give you a twice per year count

Cycle interval of 240 will give you a once per year count
