V14 purchase requisition icon email > V15

HI,

 

In the previous V14 version, from the purchase requisition screen, when you open the communication center (email icon) to send an email to the supplier, you have an icon to open the inbox message (like outlook.)
It was very useful, because you could send directly to your own inbox message an email to the supplier and receive the response directly in your inbox message.

In V15.4 webBO, the icon is not displayed.
Is it a way to have it again ?

Hi Anthony,

Actually, this appears to have been removed during the UI refresh with v15 and not just the move the Web back office.  In other words, even the Astea Browser for v15 does not have that functionality.

It is not supported now and no plans to implement this currently exist.

No settings would return this and implementation you indicated was done in pre-v15 Publisher.
