Sales Quotation can not be saved

Hi Experts,

I can not create a Sales Quotation due to the below error. But, customer record has the tax code already available. Please help.

Could you check whether you have an entry in Customer/Address/Order Address Info tab (Delivery terms and Ship Via) for your address ID 01?

Did you check the tab Order Address Info?

I think it is refering to that information.
