I also experienced with same error when the payment proposal detail doesn’t have value for payment method field. However, this would not occur if you entered the payment method as input parameter. try with value for payment method field. Refer below screen preview for easier reference.

Did you check if the cash Account and Invoices have the same currency?

Yes i have unacknowledged to delete and then acknowledged after the edit.
And i also checked the currency, cash account and Invoice is both in Euro.
For the parameters for the proposal i use no special options.
