Good Afternoon,Can anyone advise how the name appearing on the CONTACT field can be updated. This field automatically populates when the Work Order is saved during the prepare stage. The contact name also appears on the Work Record Sheet Signature . Many thanks for your help

Hi! FSM 6 u17.Webclient version 6.17.8126.18421 I’m trying to get the RSS lobby element to work in the webclient.It is working well in the smart client, but will not display anything in the web client, other than the header and the “root” of the link provided in the bottom of the element (provided in element designer eg https://www.example.com/feed/rss, shown in webclient https://www.example.com/) The “box” renders, but no information is presented in the element.We’re fetching the feed from our internal environment, and it’s properly formatted rss.Is there a known bug related to the rss-lobby element for the webclient, or is it not supported?web-client:  smart client:

Hi,For a service order, you have a material demand You don’t have inventory,So you want to create a purchase requisition from the supplier to your own warehouse (you don’t want that the supplier ship the parts to the customer site).Could you explain how to do that ?If you click on external and then see the address displayed on “material delivery address”, you can see the warehouse addressThen Go on PR, set create PR and But when you save the material demand and see the PR, the delivery address used is the customer site and the delivery address of the warehouse.Could you explain how to do this process ?Thanks and Regardsanthony

HI, In the previous V14 version, from the purchase requisition screen, when you open the communication center (email icon) to send an email to the supplier, you have an icon to open the inbox message (like outlook.)It was very useful, because you could send directly to your own inbox message an email to the supplier and receive the response directly in your inbox message.In V15.4 webBO, the icon is not displayed.Is it a way to have it again ? Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi community,I have a technical question regarding Beneficiary Name tag (<CdtTrfTxInf> <Cdtr> <Nm>). In BACS payments, the Beneficiary Name field is 18 characters. However, supplier name is longer than this. Is there a setting to automatically allocate a addres ID when creating a new address at customers/suppliers in Aurena?We now have to define it manually (which seems ok during the configuration), but once we are live this seems pointless to manually have to set a address ID.

Hi All.Could someone explain how may I use the N/A option in the survey Yes/no type of question?I’m trying to figure out how to use it and also it would be great if the user has a thrid option to check like N/A.I have a survey that has a couple of question that sometime may be applicable but some times not. For this case, the third option N/A could be available for the user but he/she needs to choose “no” and write like N/A in the remark field.I know It’s possible to use the multiple choice with the 3 options (yes, no and n/a) but it takes more time than the yes/no question. Br.Lopes

HiWe are building our onprem touch apps server to move away from the ifscloud solution for Apps 9 that is being retired in March.The onprem touchapp server previously had the ScanIT 2.1.4 app deployed to it but the version we are using on ifscloud is 2.1.7. Is there anything I need to be aware of before I deploy 2.1.7 to the onprem server?  Will it update or remove any data in IFS?  Do I need users not to be using Scanit through the cloud?  Anything else you can think of?I also have apps that havent been deployed at all to the on-prem server.  Can I just deploy these with no impact to the users currently using them through ifscloud? thanksGraeme
