In Prompts (Service) module you can enable Insert Session Time and Insert Session Activity for Service Order, the same you can do for Customer Support Order.
The behavior is the same as Customer Support, phone_session is added with the session time, but only without any comments.
In Customer Support Order there is a field cc_descr_text in de Details tab, when you fill this with text, the text will added to the phone session.
This field (cc_descr_text) is not present in Service Order details.
The question is how can we use “Insert Session Activity” with adding comments, same as in Customer Support, is this possible?
