we want to hide work task also work order , is there any way to do so ?

What do you mean hide? If you want to filter certain records e.g. not show Cancelled and Finished, you can setup a saved search and have that be the default when you open the screen.
Example:
Create your filter and save the search
Open Search Settings
Then select your start-up mode and select the save search
