Hello community.

Could we know what the status “opened” in the Request means and how the status can be reached? In 23R1 we’re seeing the status, but somehow can’t see how to reach it.

So far it’s only visible via hover over in the Request page. So far neither the customer nor me where checking it anywhere else.
