All Enumerations Lost, upon Changing One (on Report)

Any clue why it comes up like that,

after this change (i.e. the enumeration related to Grouping)?

Hi dear all,

On a development database however, it has got OK when I checked first thing in the morning -

Anyway, any clue why it happens like that? - I did refreshing of all relevant caches but it never worked.
