We are using IFS 10 UPD 9,  we have a scheduled job to daily run Manufacturing Lead Time Calculation.  We are finding that it is very consistent from day to day unless the job runs on a day that is a calendar exception.  If it runs on the exception day, it is increasing the lead time on parts by 1-25 days.

Can anyone explain why this is happening and if there is a way to prevent this?

The reason is probably the highlighted part below. How to prevent? Avoid performing the calculation on days when you have schedule exceptions.
