Rename Tabs in Cloud

We are working in Cloud 23.1.3 and developing our Business Opportunity work process.

 

Are there any best practice recommendations against renaming the tabs such as changing the tab from Sales Process to Quote/Sales Process?  We have made the change and done some testing without any issues discovered so far. 

 

Is there anything that would discourage us from making this change?  Is it something that could cause problems with updates?

@jtobin there should be no issues with changing the labels of fields/tabs. These changes will be published as page configurations.

One thing to keep in mind though is that every time you install a new release or service update there might be new functionality in that Page/Projection and your page configs will be marked as ‘Behind’. Then you would need to rebase your page configs. The more page configs you have, more time will be spent on re-basing.
