Is there a possibility to set the MWO to have a fixed signature from the engineer? So the engineer doesn’t have to sign every single time they complete a Work Order?

There is no out-of-the-box capability for that. And I don’t think that the saved time would justify potential compliance issues (if someone puts in a fixed signature for the engineer, could they not potentially do the same with the customer signature?)...

Thanks for the reply, engineers will remain the same, but in our business, we service vessels, they move around, have crew change. Sometime Captain signs, could be 1st officer etc. Captain A is moved from vessel A to vessel B etc.
We’ll leave it as it is, normally not difficult, but we unfortunately have to use laptops and keypads, hence I was asked the question by our engineers. But I think we’ll leave it as it is.
