CRM panel for 24R1

I want to use CRM panel outlook for IFS24R1.

I don’t find the extension or pluggin.

I don’t know if it work in this version.

If you are using web Outlook, the CRM Panel should be visible when you select an email and then click on the below icon highlighted in yellow.

Hi, I am looking for similar information - how to set up the CRM panel for outlook with Cloud version 24R1, service update 12. Does anyone have this information for Cloud rather than Apps10?
