I am struggling with qualifications obtained from an attended training event. I can not see achieved certificate/competence in employee file despite its connection to a specific course. How should I act?

Have you evaluated participants as passed?
After this you should be able to update employee competencies.

To get qualifications updated automatically you either have to “evaluate” the training OR activate the workflow “hcmTrainingHistory”

Excuse me for my ignorance, but I do not understand that solution to evaluation of the training. I use evaluation template, but despite fill in it, it does not make any change. Am I doing anything wrong?

+14Please also note that from IFS Cloud 22R1 you don’t have to evaluate … if you don’t want to use that function specifically.
Instead you can activate the workflow - then the qualifications will be updated when employee training history is updated

Hello
I have activated the workflow ‘hcmtraininghistory’ my version is 26.1.1 but is not updating the qualifications (competences and certificated) when the training history of the employee is updated.
It’s only updating when I have the evaluation completed.
Am I missing something? Thanks
