New IFSCloud user here.

I need help analyzing inventory issued and inventory replenished during a period. I have no clue where to begin my analysis.

I have reviewed the “Inventory Transactions History” report/screen export and believe this can be determined by the “Transaction Code Description” of which there are 33. Specifically, inventory issued = “Issue From Inventory” and inventory replenished = “Receipt into Inventory”.

Hello,

When looking at the ITH screen you want to be investigation transactions where the direction is either ‘+’ or ‘-’. ‘+’ showing when the qty in stock was increased and ‘-’ showing when the qty in stock was decreased. Bear in mind though, when stock is moved from one location to another there will be a ‘+’ and a ‘-’ transaction shown.

I would advise to have a look at the transactions that are already being created within the application and take it from there. There are so many types of codes that would need to be checked. Issuing can be done by issuing to shop orders, material requisitions, sales orders or even counting and scrapping stock.

There is functionality within the application ‘Inventory Transaction Reports’. Take a look at this. This allows you to specify which transactions you want to report on and also select a date range.

Thanks,

Jamie

Thanks, Jamie.

I referenced the website and unfortunately there is nothing there:

Same result. Also, looks like I do not have access to the Basic Reports listed.

Will continue and return if resolved.

Thanks.
