Hi All,

This is a requirement from one of the customera and I am looking for the correct solution.
The end user will only allow to 'Order Report' but he/she should not be able to 'Schedule Report'.

IFS Cloud 21.2

How can I achieve this?

Thank you.

@Disna Marakkala - Try refreshing the Server Caches after revoking the ScheduleReport.  I tested with a new user with limited permission sets to make sure the user didn’t have overriding permissions.  I revoked, refreshed the Server Caches, and then did get the appropriate message - it just happens pretty late in the scheduling attempt when you press the Finish button.

Hi @Disna Marakkala - You should be able to revoke that via the Entity Action Grants for the BR Report Projection in the Permission Set.

Hi @Tracy Norwillo

Thank you for your response!

I selected the permission set BR_FULL_REPORT_ACCESS and revoked only the Schedule Reports as you mentioned, but I was still able to schedule the report from IFS.

Are there any other conditions or settings to be made as well?

@Tracy Norwillo   Thank you!

It works as you explained and I was able to get the same message.
