Within Incident Management the department requires that wherever the word “Incident” is displayed they system is to display “Event”. I have explained the
Now within Page Designer we can change the label in most cases as required
e.g.
Incident Case Reference becomes Event Case Reference
Incident Class becomes Event Class
Incident Type becomes Event Type
New Incident becomes New Event
However, when in Aurena and the users clicks New Incident (New Event) the following screen is displayed. The user also wants the description displayed to display event where incident is displayed.
Now in page designer I located the Description in Assistant > Steps and under General Information and updated the Description changing incident to event:
On clicking save the revised description is still being displayed.
However, when clicking Publish the description field reverts back to the original description displaying incident instead of event, however, the preview page is still displaying event and not incident.
When you close Page Designer the screen refreshes and the original description is displayed.
