Reading through documentation, this looks like it is an embedded BI report which would use the BI database which is sourced from the Alliance database:
Not having set this up myself, I think you need to install BI and then modify the Customer Satisfaction on the orders. This will be populated into the BI database and then you can use the Widget to specify the node and time period (drop down list) to collect/display the information in the pie chart.
So the max data would be from 12 months ago and you can display Last Year, Last Month, Last Week, etc.
