Hi Team,

I have set up Intersite and we are using Internal Purchase Direct (drop ship).

The only challenge we are facing is the Customer will not have a requirement to manually “Register Direct Delivery”. They would like this process to be automated, where once the Supplyng Site Delivers the Customer Order, the Registering Direct Delivery would automatically be completed.

Is this possible without a Configuration?

Thank you,

Alex

Hi @Alex_Mee,

I hope your scenario aligns with this setup:

You need to configure the DIRDEL MHS on both the customer and supplier records, and enable the incoming delivery notifications on the customer. Next, in the shipment type, set up an optional event to print the shipment delivery note when the order is delivered or pick-reported—whichever you prefer. This will trigger the message. Additionally, on the customer record, check the "Multi-Tier" option under message defaults. With this setup, the Site B delivery advice will be sent, the Site A PO will be received, and the Site A customer order will be delivered.
