Good morning,
Which settings defines which field you enter price on customer order line? Sometimes it’s field “Price Incl Tax/Curr” and sometimes “Price/Curr”. Both of customers are in the same currency.
Both of them are with tax code 5%.

Depends on Use Price Incl Tax flag available in Customer Order/Order Details/Invoice section. If it is Yes then Price Incl Tax/Curr would be editable and vice-versa.
