​@Kavindu911 The question is somewhat unclear. Based on the provided information, I am wondering if there might be any issues with the permission sets.

Yes, since today morning the IFSAPP account doesn't have some areas of access. 

As an example - It doesn't have access to some companies.

It seems somehow the permissions are merged with an end user permission set. 

But when I ran a query on PLSQL it shows the data without any issue. 

​@Kavindu911 Try exporting all permission sets for the IFSAPP user from the same customer in a different environment and importing them into the current environment.

I assigned the FND_ADMIN user permission to IFSAPP. Then it started working fine. 

But in normal process you dont have to assign IFSAPP any permission sets. 

Then I removed FND ADMIN the permission set from IFSAPP and cleared all cache levels (From app).

Now it's working without any issue. 

Still, I have no idea what the root cause is
