We’re trying to check that we’ve completed our organization structure and position access correctly, We have an employee to think is setup correctly but when we look at My Employees from the Lobby, the field is blank.
Is there a setting that we’re missing that controls whether or not “I” can see my employees?

It turns out that the problem was created by the user. They had created 2 person IDs for the same name and had gotten them mixed up as to what one was tied to the user and what one was tied to the employee. It really makes a mess of things when the customer is not careful in naming their persons and assigning them to users and employee.
