We have recently moved to cloud and our maintenance dept used to rely on the Journal on the Prepare Work Order (in Aurena 10 and in IEE) to show them who did what on a work order. This said, we cannot find the Journal button now. Did IFS get rid of this or move it to another screen? Please see my screenshot below. We are on IFS Cloud 24R1 SU5.

From 23R2 the journal section is moved to events. you can find it in the Work order /Work task > Attachment pane > Events
Or you can find the All the journal data/event log in ‘Work order Event log’ page as well.
