Hello All,

Currently we are using Astea Alliance Version 14 HF 29.

 Application is used across 6 countries but now we have requirement from 2 countries that they need checklist with one question and base on answer (Yes/No) we have 2 more question with text.

 

We have implement the checklist for one country. We have mapped contracts for that checklist so that whenever any service order is created using that contract, checklist will be added to activity but now we have request from another country and they also need the same checklist but they want it base on Node.

 

How can we configure it? We don’t have that option in Alliance.

As you pointed out, this is not possible to associate a checklist to specific node(s) as this is not an option.

This would be a chargeable code change request.  To make sure I understand the request, this is the screen you wish to add references to nodes:

What could be the other options we have using which we can limit the checklist only to the 2 countries only.

Hi Firdosh,

I thought you wanted to do Nodes… which can contain multiple countries in a specific node.

However, if you want to restrict it to a country instead of node, then zoom in on the reference for the activity checklist and you will have more options for filters including country.

You will need to enter a row in for each country to match the filters you need.  This is how it looks like it should be possible.

And I see that Node is in here too which I did not notice before so you could set up multiple lines one per node as well.
