PO Milestone template id is set to be filled here.
and it should be fetched from the basic data here
but it doesn't seem to work for me for some reason. Does it work for you?

Hi
Referring to your screenshots, Template Id IP created with Purchase Payment Type Stage, however, you are trying to link this template with SfPP record having Purchase Payment Type Normal.
Please change Purchase Payment Type for SfPP to Stage and, then check.
