Hi All,
During shop order creation it cannot be saved because of this error message.(Scrap factor is mandatory).
But In product structure the Scrap factor is set to zero(0). It also in Inventory part u der manufacturing TAB Scrap factor set to (0).
May be this zero value (0) can not be fetched from BOM/Inventory part.
what could be the possible solution?
Hi Jahid,
Remove default structure revision and alternate value and then try to save, though, the system would create Shop Order without Material line.
You can update desired Product Structure Revision and Alternate after creation of Shop Order.
Additional to above suggestion, please try with entering 0 in Scrap Factor (%) as well before saving the record.

As per your instruction i have tried but it cannot be proceed to save.
But in TEST environment its okay for all part no.
Even i have created another alternate and pick from LOV. but same error message showing

That field is not editable . I Cannot enter any value.
then check with technical why default 0 value is not getting passed for Scrap Factor (%) with Shop Order creation.
Do you see a value for the Scrap Factor in the Inventory Part/ Planning Data tab for the Shop Order Part?

Thanks for your Valuable answer. Yes i checked the value. The problem was missing all value from IPAP TAB. Now it has been fixed.
