When adding a reference field, the link provided doesn’t work to navigate to the proper page.
When clicking on the Order No we go to
And when clicking on the customer_no we go the customer page with no filter
The entity is configured as follows :
and some times, the refrence field doesn’t show a link and is show as plain unedited text. any idea why?

The navigation functionality (zooming) of reference-type custom attributes allows navigation to the respective client pages but does not filter the corresponding record. This limitation exists due to a technical constraint in IFS Cloud.
