Hi All,   This is on how to get a profiler report via the IEE debug console. You need plsql developer to view this report. First go to the system parameters and Check the Profiling is allowed. If not set to 'ON'. Restart the IEE.     Enable the debug console. Go to tools --> Advance --> Profile Server Invoke. In the comment section give any value. (This is useful when finding the report)   Start the session and do the steps in IEE (which you want to measure the performance bottleneck). After steps done press stop in debug console. Now log into the plsql developer. Open a new test window. Go to the profiler tab you will see the profiler report on the name given in comment field. Cheers!!!!

In the MWO Dashboard normally the count of records exist displays. But for some elements this no is not displayed at first but appears later after around 12+ seconds.    12 seconds laterHow can we identify the reason behind this? Is there a way to optimize this? Thanks in advance./Neela

The business case is the following:The technician wants to return a serialized part (old part: Parts No is known in the server, Serial No is unknown in the server) in the mWO. The part was never available on his assigned stock (warehouse) and the serial number is unknown by IFS.Situation in mWO:If I open the dropdown of field Part No, I only get a restricted list of parts. In field Serial No it is not possible to add SN which is unknown as a Part Serial. The mentioned functionality is available in IEE.Does anybody has an idea how to handle this in mWo: select all inventory parts and enter a Serial Number which is unknown by IFS, same functionality as in IEE or AurenaThanks in advance

Hi community,Product: App9 - UPD16 A customer has 24/7 service globally and they are scheduled to run Refresh All Inventory Parts twice a day. It’s running for 2+ hours sometimes (not identified the situation). Usually it runs within 10mins for them. Since they have many mobile users connecting to the system during the same time period, and since the job locks all these user sessions, the system run out of the connection pool and goes down for all users. Question:Can this job “Refresh All Inventory Parts” scheduled to be run based on site? So that they can schedule few jobs where each job runs in off-peak time for each site. Appreciate any inputs.

Hi Community How the Work to prepare in MWO is filled ?  

I am creating PM Actions for each of my functional objects that need a yearly Preventative Maintenance done but system will only create for current year. (We have IFS9 version)I am using the Separate PM Action:Under General Tab- enter start date 6/15/2021 as DAY start unit then Interval of 1 and Interval Unit as YEAR. Yes is the Generatable  Then on another PM I added a Calendar ID that we use for 1st shift to not have IFs schedule or generate a WO on a holiday or weekend.  BUT still nothing is created for other years like 2022, 2023, 2024 etc.why?? Does the revision need to be checked off and I have to create new PM for all my objects every year?

Are there any means to send a work task to MWO pool (Cloud) automatically before it has been assigned to a certain resource?Did not find any suitable Database Task method under MWO component to use. The case behind is that there would be PM Actions that generate work requests/tasks that are executed on daily basis autonomously by the operators and supervisor intervention to assign tasks in between is not needed.Just take the tasks from the pool as they get generated.

How can we display current task status as default and next task status are in drop down of task_status fields.Let's say status flow isOpen to BookedBooked to committedCommitted to acceptedCommitted to rejected We need to display committed as default and in drop down it should show only accepted and rejected. Can anyone help me on this

If a user has a mWO task and starts it, there will be normally a completion on the same day or even the next day/week/month. Would like to know if my approvals screen is visibile or enabled in touch apps. Like for customer order we dont have standard  approval and we need to bring that using object connection. If the approvals are fetched from Document connection , is there a way we can display them on Touch apps.

Currently I have a customer using Work Task Clocking in IFS to report their time in mWO Service 10.  They have 3 main resource groups with 3 different costs. See below arbitrary example:  Level 1: $50/hrLevel 2: $70/hrLevel 3: $100/hr A Level 3 technician will belong to all three resource groups (i.e. a Level 3 can do the work of a level 3, level 2 and level 1) and a level 2 technician will belong the level 2 group and level 1 group and the level 1 technicians will only belong to the level 1 resource group.   If a PM action is built with a resource demand of a level 1, essentially any resource should be able to complete the work. The planned cost would be show a planned labor cost of $50 * Work Task Duration. Now if the actual tech with a primary resource group (Default Resource Group) of Level 3, then my firm belief is the Actual Cost of the Labor Work Task should be $100 * Actual time spent on the job.   IFS, in this scenario is using the planned resource group cost, and completely i

The requirement is like this: mWO users should be grouped and work assignments (work task) should be transferred to mWO users which are assigned to a group. If a user accepts the assignment, it should be removed from all other users. It should be possible to define several groups of users.This sounds pretty much as the pool functionality in our mWO. But if a work task is transferred to the pool, all mWO users which have access to the site of the work task see the work task in the pool. Only the mWO users of a specific group (Team? Resource Group?) should get the work tasks of their pool (group).Is there any possibility to define different pools/groups and how it could be defined in Apps 10 UPD 9 or greater?Thx in advance for your support

Hello,Could you please share any information on recommended Android specs for CLOUD21R1. It has been noticed that even though the  APPS9 and APPS10 MWO apps working well with Model number SM-T713,  Android version - 7 CLOUD21R1 seems to be drastically slow.Anyone who has used engineering app - MWO with cloud 21R1 and having it working well can you please share the tab models and versions you are usingThanks so much
