The requirement is like this: mWO users should be grouped and work assignments (work task) should be transferred to mWO users which are assigned to a group. If a user accepts the assignment, it should be removed from all other users. It should be possible to define several groups of users.

This sounds pretty much as the pool functionality in our mWO. But if a work task is transferred to the pool, all mWO users which have access to the site of the work task see the work task in the pool. Only the mWO users of a specific group (Team? Resource Group?) should get the work tasks of their pool (group).

Is there any possibility to define different pools/groups and how it could be defined in Apps 10 UPD 9 or greater?

If the task sent to pool has resource demands set, only the resources that can match the demand will get the task in their pool list.
