I have a question about the IFS service management area.
(It's IFS Cloud, not FSM.)

■ Case
・ Assuming that a delivered device (eg, commercial refrigerator 😵 has a problem and is subject to recall.
・ For delivered equipment, we have concluded a maintenance contract and are managing after-sales service with IFS.

■ Question
-Is there a function to issue a "Work Order" by specifying the serial number 10-30 of the commercial refrigerator X?
(I want batch processing)

I’m not sure I understand your question.  You should be able to return it on an RMA.
