Hi Experts,  Once of our customer is asking where we can set the timeout for mWO authentication?  Business Impact: Can we define the MWO session timeout.? Customer get the popup in MWO app 'Credential expired' after specific time and being asked to reauthenticate. They need know is the time user configurable? If the timeout is not configurable the customer would like to know what is the default timeout set to. Any input regarding this really appreciate.  Best Regads,Sanjana 

I’ve prepared a new context.  Using the Configuration Context Mapping I’ve set up the following condition:I made a change in the new context towards ServiceEngApp (MyWorks card).I have logged off, logged on as IFSAPP on mWO, synchronized, initialized.As IFSAPP I don’t see any changes. The layout falls back on global context.Anyone an idea if IFSAPP is treated differently and is not handled via the context mapping?Regards,Steve

Is there any sys parameter or something else to enable that ? I choose to download a fileI can only select one fileI would like to add several pictures I’ve taken with my phone, but with this process I can only add one at the time.Thanks

Hi All, There is an option to Edit Location when creating a New Work from MWO.  When we change it to Yes, we can provide details related to a location.  But, I cannot find anything related to given address in the created work task or work order in the back office? At where these given details are saved?We have a requirement of defining new location details when creating a New Work. If this can be used it is really helpful.TIA.

Hi All, I encounter an issue with a persistent CF in mWO. The value that is assigned to the CF doesn’t go into the new task in IFS Cloud. I have created a CF in JtTask entity → referencing a Yes/No custom enumeration I have added the CF in Entity Details + added it to the NewTaskAssistantIn mWO I create a new task→ Additional Work→ New Work that needs to be done→ set CF to true/yes in NewTaskAssistant→ Task is created in IFS CLoud, but the value yes/true that I set in the NewTaskAssistant is not pushed into IFS Cloud. Any ideas what I might be missing here? ​@Alexander Heinze ​@Rukmal Fernando ​@kathlk    

Community, We have a service contract created customer order, status Invoiced/Closed. But we would like to cancel it, we did a credit invoice against customer invoice and it is done. but the customer order still shows Delivered status, and seems it cannot be undo delivery due to service contract. Any idea how to undo delivery/close for this customer order? we are on APP10 UPD9. Thank you.

Hello,We’re currently working on a project where many technicians have tasks assigned on Saturdays. They would like to have a clear overview of their schedule in the "My Work Calendar" within MWO. The question is, is it possible to adjust the Work Week settings to include Saturday?They prefer not to work with the  "Week" setting (Monday to Sunday). We’ve been unable to find an option in IFS Cloud to configure this. Does anyone have any ideas?Thank you very much,Iulia

We are currently in IFS 10 upd 19, and moving to upd 24. We are working with creating surveys for Aurena and MWO but I was recently given a requirement to be able to have a picture/drawing that they technicians can see and confirm that their site looks like this. Is there a way to build that into the surveys? I know how they can attach a picture, but can there be one that is shown to them instead? Here is two examples of what they are doing in excel that they need put into their IFS surveys somehow.  

Hi,  We have an issue in Apps 10 MWO when using surveys with Yes/No questions. We have made Remarks enabled so, if necessary, the user can add for either Yes/ No.  However, when we revisit the survey, the added remark is removed and is filled with Yes/No depending on the answer we select for the question. Is this a known issue? Anyone knows why it could be happening?  Added remarks first time: Revisiting the survey:  

Hi @RnD,We are finding out that iSO newer updates inhibit some functionalities of MWO app, i.e. service reports are no longer visible. The issue is that with iOS above 18.1.1 when one touches “Service Report” nothing happens (see video attached).Need an urgent feedback or a workaround for this? RegardsKM

Hi All, I need to find LTU permissions to assign field technicians. All field technicians perform full flow of work assignment from accepting to completion. Some may create New Work, Create map positions etc.Can we fulfil these requirements with LTU permission sets? Are there limitations with LTU permission sets?How can we get to know about available permission sets in IFS? I imported one available LTU permission set in IFS Cloud Product Information for MWO (MOBILE_WORK_ORDER_LTU 24 R1). But, I only see Objects there when I granted that permission set. TIA.

I am having a problem give permission of “Work Assignment Information” tree view to general users. This tree view is under the window My Task ( under Service and Maintenance module, attached ) in IFSAPP10. I have already checked both presentation objects and Database objects in the permission set window but unable to find anything related with the text of tree view menu, so, unable to give permission from permission window. The users I am trying to give permission can access My Work window.  There have been a couple of posts but none of them actually  have a resolution.

Hi,Was trialling the tech portal (Cloud 23R2). It appears that the completed area of the tech portal is coded only to show assignments 30 days in the past. What if we want to show 60 days in the past? Is there a possibility? Why was it hardcoded in the first place? TIA  

Hi,Hope someone can help. We are on the IFS Cloud 24R1. We are using MWO Service with old gen service solution (service quotation, not request quotation).When you are on My Work you have a button to create new service quotation on the existing assigned task. When you click on it, the page prompts you to create a new quotation, new work order and the new task. Is there a way to create quotation which would be already connected to the work order/task from which you initiate the quotation process?This functionality exists for the full access users in IFS Cloud where you can create quotation on the existing work order so would be nice if you could the same on the MWO.Thanks

Hello, We recently took SU14 on 23R2 and believed that push notifications now should work (after we have read this:We are still facing an issue to recieve push notifications. We are using IFS MWO Service 25.1.1406.0 and push notifications is enabled on the device.I am quite new on MWO and trying to add NOTIFICATION_HUB_PATH and NOTIFICATION_HUB_URL - are there any standard end points to use and what should be the setup?The log looks like this: And the background job gets executed. Any tips?Thanks, Olle

Hi Comminuty, For a customer (23R2 Managed Cloud), we have MWO module with MWO licenses but we don’t find how to assign MWO licenses to user. Do you know how to ?All user use a full licenses now and we want to use MWO.

Hi All, I tried to do some page configurations related to MWO. Then I saw that there some entities in “Apps for Page Designer - Service Engineer” which cannot be seen in “Entity” page or “Entity Configuration” page. As an example “OnlineEventLog” entity seen under “Task Events”. Cant we do any page configurations associated to those entities?  TIA.

Hi, we just made the leap from IFS MRO to IFS9 (huge jump).  In the IFS9 help it seems to say that when a WO is in released and the operation is released you should be able to do a RMB on the operation line and finish that operation out.  However we do not seem to get any status for the operation other than Release (when WO is released) and then Cancel.  When we RMB the close out is never an option.  Is there some other setup we are missing to allow this to close out this way?  We can finish the ops from the header when the WO gets Finished.  BUT we need to close operations 1 at a time and not all at the same time.  Thanks for any insight!!!

Hi Community, Is there any way to login to TAS Portal as ifsapp when SSO Enabled?  

We have a custom field in ‘My Work Detail’ Page under ‘Task Information’ that is set as required however user still can by pass this field and complete the work.
