Dispatch Console - View Request Work Task

Hello,

When I select a Work Task to see the details in the Dispatch Console, it shows all the request tasks for the REQUEST, and sometimes it’s a bit confusing.

In this example, i want to see the details of the task 83:

 

However, i get all the tasks for the original request:

Is it the intended functionality? Or should it show only the request task I am selecting?

Hi,

This is not the intended functionality. Only the selected Work Task should be filtered on the Request Work Task Page. Request Navigation is there to view all the Tasks connected to the request.

This filtering works correctly for Work Order Work Tasks. 

We will fix this for 25R2.

Can you expand the Search pane to show what filter criteria have been applied?

Then it’s obviously the intended behavior. You can however add a custom command (in Page Designer) and use TaskSeq as a navigation filter:
