I’m encountering the following error when trying to log in to the customer use place environment via the Scan It app:

"An error has occurred. Exception of type 'android.content.activitynotfoundexception'  was thrown"

All the necessary Wadaco client settings have been correctly configured, and the required permissions are granted for my user. Additionally, I have downloaded the latest version of the IFS Scan It app from the App Store.

I’d appreciate it if you could provide a resolution or guidance to resolve this issue.

@DIMLLK what’s your IFS Cloud version? and what is your device and its Android version?

Is this the first time you’re using Scan It on this environment or has it worked before? 

Finally, check to see whether your Android device has a web browser installed, as this is necessary for the authentication process. If you don’t have one installed, try installing a browser, as that’s likely to resolve the issue.

we’ve got the same error as mentioned above but on the MWO. We are on cloud 24.1.6. 

Do you have any thoughts why the user is seeing this?

 


@coninl this sounds like a one-off occurance for a single user, is that right? or does it otherwise recreate intermittently or always?


@Rukmal Fernando it is an one-off occurance for a single user. This user can’t get passed this message.
