Work Type on Service Contract not updating Work Type on PM Action

Hi everyone,

 

I experience that when a Work Type is changed on a Service Contract, this change is not reflected on the PM Action - so the next time a Work Order is tried generated from the PM Action, it fails as the Work Type on the Service Contract and the PM Action is not identical. Is this some kind of bug? If it is tried the other way around, where the Work Task is tried changed on the PM Action you get an error.

 

 

 

Not reflected on the PM Action - still the original Work Type:

 

Error on the generating of a new Work Order

 

Not possible to change the Work Type on a PM Action as it diverts from the Work Type on the Service Contract

 

I hope someone can explain why this is the case.

Maybe I should add that his is on IFS10 UPD25
