Hello,

Once a task is assigned and accepted by the engineer in the MWO, if the engineer can’t complete the job and select “incomplete”, the incomplete assignment is not possible to reassign to another engineer in Dispatch Console:

 

 

When I reassign manually directly in the Request Task, the assignment is still incomplete in DC:

Also, when the second engineer complete the job:

The assignment is still Incomplete in DC: 

 

Can you please advise if this is the intended functionality? I am using 24R2.

I think I have found the flow for this process, so when a task is marked as incompleted by the engineer, a new resource demand must be created here to move forward with the new assignation, is it the correct process? Thanks in advance.
