Hi Everyone,

today we have had issues with our MWO Service Engr App (IFS Apps 10) whereby the devices have lots all information for the Objects.

 

This has then prevented them from doing anything as they need the Objects to create the work, update measurements etc.

 

has anyone experienced this? It was working fine yesterday but this morning they disappeared. No changes happened overnight and I cannot see any errors in any logs i am looking at but I am at a loss on how to resolve?

 

I have raised a support case but wondered if any one here has experienced this and had a resolution.

 

 

It appears that the Init on MWO is stopping at Fault Type and not continuing. What used to be a 15min sync is now completing in a few seconds - No errors in IFS so all appears to be working but how do I resolve the Init appearing to stop so early in its process?
