Hi All,

I’m trying to find the definition of “Active Mobile User” on the “Service Resource Details” page.

When I click on Page Help nothing comes up.

I have one user that will not go active and I’m trying to figure out why.

Thanks,

Rob

Hi @rfedorchuk,

I found below information. Please check whether it is helpful.

  • Mobile User

Selecting this check box makes the employee to work as a mobile user.

  • Active Mobile User

The value in this field is set automatically and will remain read only. Check box get selected when the corresponding user is activated on a mobile device. IFS Mobile Work Order should be installed on the user's mobile device in order to activate. This field is for information purposes only.

Best Regards,

Thilini

The “Active Mobile User” selector can be found on the Resource Details screen.

Hi,

Yes, I know the screen, but not the definition.

If someone is not active, what does that actually mean?

@rfedorchuk  in addition to Thilini’s comments it means the user would not show up in the LOVs for transfer to mobile on a Request. If the field is not set to yes the user’s name will not display as a selection.

But, does still he get pool work assignments and transferred assignments assigned to him?
