Duplicated Standard Tasks when creating a new Request Work Task

Hi,

When creating a new Work Task in Service Management, it’s selected the option “Create from Standard Task” by default. If I select “New Work Task” and again “Create from Standard Task” the list of standard tasks is duplicated.

This is a test case:

  1. After select “New” in Request Work Task, I have 2 standard task in the list:
  2. I select “New Work Task”:

     

  3. Select again “Create from Standard Task”:
  4. The list is increasing if i do it several times.

@irenecalero that looks like a defect, although hopefully not a blocker or big issue from a process perspective. I’ve raised an internal defect for it to fix this in the next release.
