Hi,In previous versions of IFS, we used the Route Work Order functionality which is now not available in IFS Cloud. The business is keen to re-implement this behaviour back into IFS, however we are not sure which features/functionality effectively is the replacement for Routes in IFS Cloud.Currently we are using IFS Cloud 24R2, and plan to move to 25R2 later this year. Any guidance or pointers to other community articles and documentation would be appreciated. ThanksShaun

We found a bug in IFS Cloud  and needs to report the same with IFS.Who needs to raise an Incident  for the same with IFS i.e Customer or Partner? Thanks in advance.

Hello,I would like to use a method that shortens the data migration process by adding a button to the page, which opens an assistant allowing the upload of an Excel file. When this button is clicked, an assistant is launched that allows users to upload an Excel file in .csv format. The data rows from the file are then transferred directly into the corresponding rows in IFS. Could you please advise how such a migration functionality can be implemented or added to a page?Kind regards,

I have inventory parts where I don’t want to receive MRP planned demand, I want the demand to only be created by the upper level. The problem with next level demand planning is that it doesn’t generate purchase requisitions. Is it possible to set the planning method or manufacturing structure to support this, or am I better off deleting forecast for said parts?

Hi everyone, I am trying to import CONFIG_SALES_COMB_VALUES table into IFS via DMM. The table has SEQUENCE_NO column which is used to order different combination values. Records are ORDER BY SEQUENCE_NO ASC and they are imported from smallest to largest sequence.  So, I would expect to see 8 records, and they should be displayed in correct order. However, only 6 records are displayed in IFS in different orders.  Please help!

After upgrading our use place from IFS Apps 10 to IFS 25R1, we are unable to proceed further after logging into the application using the ifsadmin credentials(not able to log in from other credentials too). All pods are up and running without any problems. Please not that for all the invalid requests the response is same.(please check the images).landing page loads without issues.

Hi,I need some advice about a problem I am dealing with.My customer mainly works with welding and coating. Their project sites are often far away from the main warehouse. Because of this, I want to keep welding and coating stock at the customer’s project sites. My idea is to create remote locations and move stock from the warehouse to these locations using shipment orders. When the remote location is in the same country, this works well because I do not need commercial invoices with values. The problem happens when the remote location is in another country. In that case, customs clearance is needed, and a commercial invoice with values is required.I am not sure how to create a proforma invoice with values when the shipment order is created directly from Inventory. I noticed that the shipment has custom value fields, but they are empty. Do I need to use event logic to fill in these values? The PO–CO process does not work here because the project location belongs to the same company. I also

Hi Community.  We are using Apps 10, UPD9 and have run into an issue with repair orders and i am hoping that someone may know of a solution.  If we use the “Create Repair Order Assistant” this process allows you to define a Serial Object, a Workshop and will set up the work tasks, material requisition and return lines required to receive a part, have it worked on in the workshop and then re-issued into the object structure.  We are looking into the functionality of using the “Turn into Repair Order” which is available on the Prepare Work Order screen.  This asks us for the repair workshop but doenst create any work tasks, materials or returns lines to facilitate the move.  This function also takes the serial object and moves it directly to the workshop (without us returning and issuing) The issue we have identified with this, is that we can now not remove those parts from the Workshop object.  We cannot issue them, return them, move them manually or place the object in facility from th

Hi All,» I have created an Application Server Task as below.  This server task was working perfectly as expected, but recently it has stopped working. Possibly because the server task has changed to ‘Finished’ state. But this is a repeating task and the state has to be in ‘Waiting’ (As I read on some other knowledge articles in the community). Can you please let me know what can be the reason for this behaviour.?My scheduled job looks like below and as you can see I have set the ‘one_time_task’ flag to FALSE.  Appreciate your inputs on this.Thank you.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to have a Single-Line string field show as currency?  Similar to the following.

Hi, We are in APP10. We don’t have VIM module installed. we don’t have CRO. Hello everyone,I'm trying to update a value in an invoice, but it's not working. For testing, I hardcoded the Company and InvoiceId values. Here are the screenshots of the steps: Read Invoice Data Update Invoice Final Read The OurReference field doesn't update—Step 3 still shows the old value. However, it works when using Postman.Any ideas why this might be happening?

We have a purchase part with the following setup:Inventory part Part Type = Purchased Sales part Sourcing = InventoryWhen the part is added to a customer order line, the Supply Code defaults to “Inventory.” However, sometimes there is a need to change the Supply Code to “Purchase Order Direct” and have a PO automatically created and pegged. However, we have been unable to do that.   Here is the scenario:Customer order Status is “Planned”. Part is added to a customer order line. Supply code defaults to “Inventory”. Change the Supply Code to “Purchase Order Direct”. No Supplier’s appear in the list to select. On Save, receive the following message: Not allowed to save the Supply Code change to “Purchase Order Direct”. Question:Is there a way to change the Supply Code on the customer order line from “Inventory” to Purchase Order Direct”? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi all,Is it possible to hide the signature box on the screen DebriefCustomerSignature for the mobile FSM app? Thanks

We need to assign employees/teams to shop order operations. According to the documentation for IFS Apps 10, this feature is available from the Shop Order Operations RMB and also in the Shop Floor Workbench. However, when I checked in the IEE client (Apps 10), I couldn’t find this option anywhere. In Aurena, it is available (in the same environment as the IEE client).Initially, in Aurena, the command button was not visible because CBS(Constraint Based Scheduling) was active on all sites. Since we do not use CBS, we disabled it. After that, the “Assign Employee/Team” option became visible in Aurena. Now, we need to check whether this functionality is also available in the IEE client, because the currently used client is IEE.Is this feature supported in the IEE client for Apps 10?Current version: Apps 10 UPD 18

Hi All, We have a requirement of creating dozens of workflows which need to send data to a single API endpoint. This would need hardcoding the authentication details, endpoint URL in each of the workflows. It would be much easier if we were to write one workflow for sending data to the API and call that from the other workflows. Is this possible? Regards,Damith

There is a scenario where a report code is valid from 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026. These validity dates are maintained consistently in both the Report Code and Report Code Details windows. The Standard Internal Price is also defined using the same validity date range.  We now have a requirement to extend the validity of the report code to 12/31/2027. While the system allows the validity date to be amended in the Report Code window, the updated date is not reflected in the Report Code Details window. As a result, it is not possible to maintain or update the sales price for the extended future period. Could you please clarify whether this behavior is expected by design, or if this is a system defect? Additionally, please advise if any further configuration or steps are required to enable future-dated pricing.

I know there are a plethora of AP Automation products available in the IFS marketplace.  Does anyone know if IFS themselves have any plans to offer this as part of the standard product?   ThanksLinda

Does anyone know whether or not it is possible to configure a URL link, so that when clicked from an email it directs the user to a custom form on assystMe and auto populates a specific field with a variable pulled from the originating email?
